INCLUDES: Choice of 3 Canapes 2 x Mini Mains (served half and half of your guest number) Mini Pita Bread topped with an Organic Salad and Marinated Lamb Pieces drizzled with our Handcrafted Tzytzyki Organic Salad with our Dukkah Coated Eggplant/Roasted Cherry Tomato/Zucchini Skewers accompanied by our Handcrafted Hummus Plus our Chefs special Organic Easter Chocolate Mousse Please note you must be able to provide a flat surface of approx 8 metres by 3 metres for parking the Food Truck and 2 x 10amp power points or 1 x 15amp power.
