Nutmeg and Pepper is a Unique Catering Company which was developed by Chef Nadene Prior or Chef Nade as she is known.
Chef Nade has been creating food around Australia for over 37+years. Chef Nade is the previous owner of "Prior Home Chefs" in Victoria (which specialised in Bachelor and Bachelorette Cooking), Wahoo Catering in conjunction with Wahoo Charters (A massive game fishing company on the Gold Coast dealing with Corporate and Public Clientele) and under her own name Nadene Prior Catering covering Tweed Heads to Ballina over 15 years.
Nutmeg and Pepper is more about Customising the Catering to each individual Clients needs whether you are corporate or require that personal service or prefer to save money and time and have a DIY Catering option. Vegan, Vegetarian, Dairy Free and Gluten Free are Welcome.
All our handcrafted food is made from produce that is locally sourced and Organic (where possible) and the Meat is Hormone Free.
Our Boutique Catering is unique and can be adapted to suit your Event Space... with the DIY Catering option we Create and Deliver so that you save money, you can serve direct from our Catering Boxes as they are garnished and ready to go or Heat and Serve (instructions provided), if you are having the food delivered ahead of time.

All though we like to keep our numbers to a limit of 250 patrons for our more intimate approach, we do provide DIY/Event Catering for unlimited numbers.
From January 2019 we added our Food Trailer to provide a unique catering experience of a hidden kitchen for off-site catering. Imagine your Wedding Guests being wowed by a trail of wait staff with platters of finger food, seemingly coming from nowhere. For a unique Birthday Party you prepay for the food trailer and your guests are allowed to go up to the trailer for an array of food until sold out. We also have a variety of menu options we can serve from her for an added theatrical experience.
