Ocean Fresh Prawns, Sustainably Sourced from Local and Northern QLD. We use Tiger, King Tiger, Black Tiger and Ocean King Small and Large Prawns depending on Availability and Season. Prawns are served ready to peel and your Catering Box will include Dishes and Water for Finger Bowls, Cocktail Sauce and Lemon Wedges Serves 15-20 pax (approximately 4 - 5 kg)
