Air Aged Cheddar
Ingredients: Cashews, Vegan Cultures made from Quinoa, Himalayan Pink Sea Salt, Nutritional Yeast, Vegan Yoghurt and Miso.
Christmas Heat and Serve
1. Preheat Oven to 160C. 2. Place Chicken or Turkey - leaving foil on 3, Place Ham - taking foil off 4. Place Potatoes - taking foil off 5. Place Pumpkin - taking foil off Leave to warm for up to 1 hour prior to service time... check oven and drop to 140C if your oven is too hot. Place stuffing roll in 10 minutes before serving and slice then serve with poultry, 6. Place bag of gravy either into hot ( not boiling water) or microwave in a jug. Stir vigorously before serving (this is gluten free and may gel) 7. Rolls are par baked and can be heated in oven for 5 minutes before service in an oven at 200C. Serve your Christmas Lunch/Dinner with the condiments of Cranberry and Seeded Mustard. 9. If choosing Steam Pudding... Place on a microwave proof plate and cover with glad wrap - heat in 30 second intervals until completely warmed then serve with a teaspoon of brandy butter per pudding. Please note that this is real Brandy not flavoured.
