Looking for a Qualified Chef to take on the role as our 2nd in Charge to the Head Chef/Owner.
Must be creative, love food and have had at least 5or more years working in the industry. You will be a Chef who is passionate about presentation and have experienced working in a 5 Star Hotel environment previously. We bring the 5 Star Food and Service to the Client. Presentation and Handcrafted Flavour is our backbone. Our team are creative and love the Freedom of working autonomously.
Must have a car as this is location work.
Hygiene and HACCP knowledge is compulsory.
Please provide your food handlers certificate along with any industry certificates.
Please provide references and previous positions held.
Must have a good understanding of food and cooking methods.

Requirements

As we are a Catering Company this is a casual position only.
For the right person you will be rewarded with above award wage, knowledge and a creative outlet.
Hours are not set due to the nature of the business however there is potential for full time as time progresses.
Must be available for Saturdays every week as this is our main booking day.

Responsibilities

Creating food in a safe and controlled environment.
No shortcuts as we handcraft all our products.
Ensure the client orders are correct and ready to be delivered on time.
Liaise with Head Chef, Bar and Wait Staff.
Learn as you go.
Create a happy and harmonious work environment.
Listen to your Head Chef/Owner.
Produce food that looks, tastes and wow's the crowd.
