Hospitality Support Contractor

Nutmeg and Pepper is growing rapidly and now seek a Hospitality Support Contractor!!!!

Do you have the skills?

What we are looking for 

• A Cooking Background of at least 5 years
• Currently hold a Food Handlers Certificate or Supervisory
• Has worked Front of House for at least 3 years
• Has Bar knowledge
• Can create the right atmosphere for Client and Staff
• Have a vehicle to help deliver our DIY Catering on occasion
• Able to work within a Family style Business - we treat both our staff and our customers like family
• Happy to liaise with clients and bring in new business as well as treat our existing clients as VIPs
• Work with flexible hours - some morning, some days/evenings
• Happy to work from a Food Trailer during events
• Work closely with the Business Owner/Head Chef
• ABN required for payment structure and bonuses
