5 tips for Catering in July.. taking advantage of 36 years in the Industry chef Nadene shares her July tips.

  1. July is one of our Coldest months of the year so why not use this as your theme: Hold a backyard Fire Pit Event (making sure it is Fire Safe, of course) or putting down a Fake Snow backdrop in the yard. Glittery Icicle Lights, Ugg Boots and Warm Hearty Finger Food or Mini Mains.
  2. Choose a menu that incorporates Slow Cooked Meats and Root Vegetables - taking advantage of local sourced Seasonal Organic Vegetables. At Nutmeg and Pepper our Winter Menu features items such as our Mini Yorkshire Puddings topped with Boozy Beef Bites and our Oven Baked Fish with Orange on Seasonal Roasted Veges.
  3. Take advantage of Christmas in July: Yes a second time to Celebrate Christmas....without the Prese's of course but definitely incorporating a Christmas style menu with Hot Totties or Warm Brandy. Let your imagination go wild. Nutmeg and Pepper have the following menus available and depending on whether you choose a Full Catered or DIY Catering as to whether you can order the meat selections Hot or Cold.
