Anyone can throw a couple of party pies in the oven or a few chops on the BBQ but taking it to the next level and creating a point of difference to the 10 parties you went to in the past few months is where you need assistance. I recently overheard a guest telling my client at her 50th Birthday recently "how refreshing it is to go to a party with flavoursome and different food". The key to the success of the party is not only did we keep the menu simple but every item of finger food that went out was Organic, Local Sourced and Handcrafted. Step 7: Organise what drinks you will have on the night and do a shopping list just for drinks. Or if deciding to hire one of Nutmeg and Peppers Bar Staff we do the shopping list you purchase and our Bar person will serve on the night. (make sure you have enough glasses and a space set up for the bar on the night) Step 8: Send out invites and await replies Step 9: Decide on decorations, lighting and space for the event then set this up the day before ( or on the day if not at your address) Step 10: Get dressed and ready for your event because the food will arrive and you only need to place the drinks on ice ready to serve.
