Satay Marinade great for Chicken, Beef, Pork lovingly marinated in Malaysian Curry Powder, Cumin, Coriander Powder, Garlic, Ginger, Sweet Chilli, Coriander Fresh, Honey, Fish Sauce and Sesame Oil. Perfect served with Peanut Dipping Sauce.
Lemon Marinade great for Chicken, Seafood and Vegetables a sweet infusion, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Cumin Powder, Coriander Powder, Lemon Zest, Seasoning.
Honey Soya Marinade: great for Pork, Chicken and Beef is a combination of a quality Honey, a thick Soya Sauce like Kecap Manis. Sesame Seed Can also be used to enhance this marinade.
Sesame Marinade: is a very easy marinade which is great for Seafood, Chicken, Beef, Pork and Lamb. Just simply combine Sesame Oil, Sesame Seeds, Seasoning and allow to infuse for at least 4 hours or more. Great served with Garlic Aioli or Wasabi Mayonnaise.
Smokey BBQ Marinade: Perfect with any Red Meat. Infusing your favourite bbq sauce with a few drops of Hickory Smoked or other Smoked Oil can take your bbq flavour to the next level. Or marinate your meat and cook over a bbq smoker (can be found at bunnings you simply add smoking wood chips and place in the bottom of your bbq to allow the smoke to infuse into the skewers as you cook them.
